All paid fees are non-refundable if service availability is affected by website system maintenance, adverse weather conditions, personal illness or other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control. No refund, compensation or alternative arrangement will be provided under such circumstances.

In the event of a pandemic, epidemic outbreak, government lockdown or public health emergency, the Company shall act in accordance with official Hong Kong government guidelines and regulatory arrangements.
