Usually, all orders are processed and dispatched within 9 working days.
When will my order be dispatched?
Most orders are dispatched within 36 hours. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a tracking number via email, together with detailed guidelines for tracking your shipment.
Can you deliver to my country/region?
We offer international delivery to most countries and regions around the world. Both single sample orders and bulk wholesale orders can be shipped to over 100 destinations globally.
When will my order arrive?
Our standard shipping is our fastest available delivery option. Delivery lead time to all major destinations is 3–15 calendar days.
We also provide expedited shipping for most items. For expedited orders, delivery will be completed within 3–15 business days after the parcel leaves our warehouse.
30‑Day Easy Returns – Hong Kong Version
We prioritise your shopping satisfaction and comply with Hong Kong consumer protection guidelines.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the goods within 30 days upon receipt to apply for a full refund of the product amount and applicable taxes.
To be eligible for refund or exchange, all returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Brand new, unused and unworn
- Retained in original sale condition
- All original tags, labels and stickers fully attached and intact
Items that are worn, used, soiled, damaged or without complete original tags will not be accepted for refund or exchange, and will be sent back to you at your own shipping cost.
Women’s swimwear is only eligible for return if the hygienic protective liner is unopened and intact.
Underwear, customised goods and personalised made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Please note that customers bear full responsibility for any lost or missing return parcels. We strongly advise you to send returns via a tracked courier and keep the tracking record for verification.

All online transactions on our platform are fully secure. Our website adopts SSL encryption technology to fully protect your personal data and payment information.
We do not process or fulfil any orders placed by persons under the age of 18.
In compliance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, we only collect your personal particulars including name, delivery address, contact number and email address when you voluntarily provide such information during account registration or checkout. We will not collect any unnecessary personal data without your consent。
